Consomme Paysanne

Ingredients

Beef consomme                                                        2.5 ltr

Turnips                                                                    15 g

Carrots                                                                     15 g

Leek                                                                        15 g

Cabbage                                                                   15 g

Method

  1. Peel the vegetables and cut them into paysanne.
  2. Cook in a little consomme.
  3. Add to the soup before serving.
