Beef consomme                                                                       2.5 ltr

Turnips                                                                    15 g

Celery                                                                      15 g

Carrots                                                                     15 g

Leeks                                                                       15 g

Cabbage                                                                   15 g

Method

  1. Cut the vegetables into small dice.
  2. Cook ion a little consomme.
  3. Add to the soup before serving.
