Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised training course, designed to teach you how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental health conditions and provide help on a first aid basis.
The courses give a deeper understanding of the issues that impact on people's mental health both at home and the workplace.
The training aims to teach practical skills that can be used every day to promote a mentally healthy workplace, a decrease in absence & increase in productivity and motivated and engaged workforce.
