White Onion Veloute' Sauce

500 MILLILITRES

Ingredients

White sauce                                                             500 ml

Onions                                                                     100 g

Method

  1. Peel and shred the onions and cook them in a little water until tender.
  2. Boil the white sauce and add the onions.

Note:  This sauce is usually served with roast lamb.
