Shrimp Butter

 

SHRIMP BUTTER

200 GRAMS

Ingredients

Cooked shrimp                                                   100 g

Butter                                                                100 g

Paprika

Method

  1. Pass the shrimps through a fine sieve.
  2. Blend with the butter and seasoning.
  3. Pass the whole mixture through a sieve. 
  4. Roll in damp greaseproof paper and store in refrigerator.  Cut into slices for service.

Note:  The prepared butter slices should be kept in iced water until required for service.
