CUCUMBER AND PIMENTO

Ingredients

Cucumber                                                              1

Pimento (tinned)                                                   50 g

Vinaigrette                                                           10 ml

Method

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into slices.
  2. Place in an hors d’oeuvre dish with the slices overlapping.
  3. Decorate with strips of pimento and moisten with vinaigrette.
