Prawn Curry and Rice

Ingredients

Prawns (prepared)                                                    800 g

Curry sauce                                                              750 ml

Boiled rice                                                               1 kg

Butter                                                                       50 g

Method

  1. Fry the prawns in a little butter for one minute.
  2. Remove them from the heat and drain thoroughly.
  3. Boil the curry, put in the prawns and serve with a border of boiled rice.
