Kippers                                                                    10

Margarine                                                                50 g

Butter                                                                     50 g

Method

  1. Remove the heads and tails.
  2. Arrange on trays, brush with margarine and cook under a grill for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the bone and serve on a dish with a knob of butter on each kipper.
