Savoury Beef Pancakes

Ingredients

Savoury mince                                                         1 kg

Pancake mix                                                            500 ml

Cheese sauce                                                           500 ml

 

Method

  1. Make 10 pancakes using a 25 cm diameter frying pan.
  2. Spread the savoury mince equally over the pancakes and roll them up.
  3. Place them on a serving tray, mask over with the cheese sauce 
  4. Bake in an hot oven for 25 mintutes
  5. Sprinkle the dish with Parmasan Cheese and gratinate under a grill

Note: 

  1. Adding a  laision of cream egg yolk this will give the dish a light and creamy texture. 

  1. Never reboil the sauce once the liaison and whip egg white have been added
